From the Dutch border it takes approximately 9 hours to drive to Lidmilův mlýn. Make sure to select Sádek near Polička or Svitavy in the province of Pardubice when using a route planner as there are more towns in the Czech Rep. called Sádek.
The GPS-coördinates are: 49° 41′ 34’’ N en 16° 13′ 33” O.
From Prague there are two options; either to go on the motorway to Brno and then North-East at Humpolec or go on the motorway to Hradec Králové and then South-East via Pardubice.
By Aeroplane
Eindhoven, Brussels and Dusseldorf airport offer cheap flights to Prague. There are also reasonable flights from Schiphol airport. After your arrival at Prague airport, you can take the shuttle bus departing every 20 minutes to the train station and there purchase a ticket to Svitavy for about £10,- where we can pick you up.
By Train
There are several day and night trains going back and forth between the Netherlands and Prague. After your arrival at the Prague train station, you can purchase a ticket to Svitavy from where we can pick you up.
The Czech Republic is not so far away as many people may think.
